About Central States Diesel Generators
Central States Diesel Generators, LLC is located in Waukesha Wisconsin, 18 miles west of Milwaukee and about 85 miles north of Chicago, IL.
Patrick Paden, CSDG President, and managing partner has over 30 years of experience working with machinery. Starting in high school, through college and beyond, he worked for a company that reconditioned used portable aggregate process equipment. Some of the portable plants were located in remote locations requiring the use of diesel generators for sale to power the crusher motors, conveyors, screens, and auxiliary equipment.
In 1989 Patrick graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology. He left his first employer in1992 and began working for a large machinery dealer where he was responsible for liquidations and sales of aggregate and mining-related equipment. As the demand for that type of equipment slowed, he changed his focus within the company to selling other types of process equipment to the Chemical, Food, Plastics and Pharmaceutical industries. All of these companies had a common theme; they could not operate without power, and most rely on emergency/backup diesel generators to keep their businesses running in the event of a power outage or brownout. He identified a need in the equipment industry and started a successful generator department within the company.
In September 2016 he left an acclaimed machinery dealer after 24 years to follow his passion to partner and operate a business where the primary focus, after the customers, is the buying and selling of new and high quality used generator sets.
